    Q.  What can I do if I need more time to pay my fine?
    A.  If you need additional time to pay your fine, you must appear in court and the judge will determine if an extension is granted.

    A.  Yes. Make sure to send your copy of the ticket signed and dated with payment.

    Q.  How can I protest my ticket?
    A.  You must appear in court before a judge to protest your ticket.

    Q.  Can I change my court date?
    A.  Court dates are changed only in the event of a verifiable emergency. Inability to pay fines is not considered an emergency. Once you have appeared before a judge, only the judge can change your court date.

    A.  A failure to appear notice will be issued and your drivers license will be subject to suspension. You must appear at the next court date or a warrant for your arrest will be issued.
